Once I complete the launch process and add my credit card details, what happens next?

We will create your new SupporterBase instance in 1 - 2 business days and advise you when this is complete, sending you admin access at the same time.

You will receive email confirmation of these points upon completing the launch form.

Is SupporterBase available in languages other than English?

Yes! If you would like a version of SupporterBase in your language please contact us to discuss further: info@supporterbase.com

Is SupporterBase GDPR compliant?

How does pricing work?

The price you pay each month will depend upon your usage at the time of billing. We use total supporter numbers in your SupporterBase (not your NationBuilder account) to determine what pricing tier you are on. Please check out our pricing page for a breakdown of each usage tier and further details.

What other costs are there?

To power the SMS and call features with SupporterBase we use a third-party provider (Twilio). At the start of each month we pass on any SMS and call usage charges incurred in the previous month. We have arranged a 25% discount on Twilio’s advertised pricing for SupporterBase customers. For further detail on third party usage costs, please review our pricing policy.
