    Within SupporterBase there are a range of automatic email messages generated through completing an action. Some of the mailer settings that can be configured include:

    • Approval emails sent to Admins when new Captains or Vice-Captains are added

    • Approval emails sent when a request is made to remove a supporter from a group
    • Confirmation emails sent to hosts when they create a new event

    We’ll run you through some different things to consider if you’re having trouble using the imports function within the interface. This includes:

    • Tag filters can be used in a way that is similar to how you may use tags in NationBuilder. For example, you may use tag filters to identify which supporters belong to which group, what their key interests are, what core actions they have taken etc.
    • Levels of engagement generally refer to the different levels of commitment you find among your supporter community. Every organisation categorises their levels of engagement slightly differently, so that is why these are customisable in SupporterBase.

    Call lists are a handy and efficient way of calling multiple supporters at once. Using the call lists feature, Admins, Captains and Vice-Captains can:

    • Create and edit call lists
    • Split call lists, dividing calls among different leaders
    • Log the details of contact for each call and move seamlessly from one call to the next
    • Add supporters to call lists, individually by name, or in bulk, based on filters, level of engagement or event RSVP status
    • Filter supporters on your call list by contact status (ie “Successfully contacted” or “Not yet contacted”)
    • Use parameters to prevent supporters from being called too often

    SupporterBase enables Admins, Captains and Vice-Captains to manage events for their supporter group(s). Users can:
